Warranty

You must have proof of purchase to receive warranty service or to receive return refund. A sales receipt or other document showing that you purchased the product is considered proof of purchase.

30 Day Return Policy

The 30 day return policy is valid from January 1 through November 30. Not valid the month of December. Yuletide Expressions LLC will refund the sale amount of the product(s) if returned to us within the 30 day period. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs. You must also have the original proof of purchase with the product(s). After the 30 day period the product(s) can be returned but there will be a 30% of sale price restocking fee.

2 Year Limited Warranty

There is a 2 year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. Warranty covers all parts of the aluminum trees. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accidents, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory (electrical lights, inordinately heavy accessories), alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Yuletide Expressions, LLC.
